VoyaGenie is an AI-powered travel planning service operated by VirtueLogic. We generate personalized travel itineraries based on your preferences. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. AI-Generated Content
Our itineraries are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated recommendations may contain errors, outdated information, or suggestions that don't suit your specific circumstances.
You are responsible for:
- Verifying all information (opening hours, prices, availability, safety)
- Making your own travel decisions
- Checking current travel advisories and requirements
- Ensuring activities are suitable for your health and abilities
VoyaGenie is a planning tool, not a travel agent or booking service. We do not make reservations on your behalf.
3. Accounts & Access
You may use VoyaGenie without an account for preview trips. To save trips and access paid features, you'll need to sign in with your email address.
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account access.
4. Payments & Refunds
Paid features are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed before purchase.
Refund Policy: If you're unsatisfied with a paid itinerary, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We'll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without permission
6. Intellectual Property
Generated itineraries are provided for your personal use. You may share them with travel companions. The VoyaGenie name, logo, and service design remain our property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtueLogic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VoyaGenie or reliance on generated itineraries.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we'll notify users via email where possible.
